All new items are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of two years. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser.

All items are thoroughly tested prior to shipping. We are proud of our craftsmanship and we will stand behind any work we do. If a problem occurs we want the chance to make the repair.

Please give us a call @ 785-260-3651 to discuss any exchange or return/refund. We can usually work something out that is acceptable to all.

Items purchased directly from us may be exchanged or returned for up to 30 days. Items must be in as new condition and not altered or damaged in any way. No returns on custom builds. We cannot be responsible for any mistakes or damages made by any installer or technician.

Disconnecting the leads on a pickup or removing the coil tape will void the warranty. Breaking the solder joint on pickups with metal covers will void the warranty. Obvious abuse, misuse, or other alteration of the pickup will also void the warranty.

All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

If returning please follow these steps:

  1. Please carefully protect the item(s) in bubble wrap or other material that provides ample packaging. Please make sure the item(s) is securely packaged for shipping.

  2. You may want to insure your package. We cannot be responsible for returns we don't receive or are damaged during shipping.

  3. Clearly label and provide a return address on the package and send to:
